i'd argue that the boobs make the anime better. really there are certain things one can not understand in this anime if the boobs weren't there, it would be confusing as fuck.

I have to say that this anime has an awesome plot and a good amount of FS. And I have to say straight up nudity is less annoying than panty shots. Also I hope this anime survives so I can see all the light novel in animation...i'm surprised animes like bleach and one piece are still rolling in popularity when both have became exceedingly dull especially after the aizen arc (bleach) and the rescue ace arc (one piece)

I agree with slaiyfer, I've been watching the show and it's got plenty of FS, but at least it's not to the point of being exceedingly annoying. Plus, I think removing it completely wouldn't be helping, I mean in btoh the anime and the LN it's told from the perverted Issei's Point of View right?

I love the storyline and the fact is the boobs and fan service spoils it all so I dont watch the show for it and much prefer it be REMOVED. you can only accuse ppl 100% of watching it for boobs if the story is shit, but dxd is pretty interesting and the nudity isnt way too overboard like Freezing,

@slaiyfershin You should try the Freezing Manga (or manhwa, I don't remember), the nudity is almost totally absent, and the storyline is way better in the manga, without sound effects though

@slaiyfershin I agree with you on all that .. But Freezing isn't THAT filled with Fan Service .. Try watching Oretachi ni Tsubasa wa Nai and you'll know what I mean .. You'll probably never consider shows like IS and Freezing as Echii after watching it ..

1 volume of the light novel=5-6 episodes in the anime

and there are i think 11 volumes now so they should make like 50 to 60 episodes of it!!

and volume 1 is just an introduction -__-
