He concentrates on jobs alright, on how he can keep businesses from creating any of them. Every new policy that is discussed only paralyzes businessmen because they dont know what effect the policy will have if it is passed or even if it will be passed. Who in their right mind would start a business or hire new employees in this uncertain environment?
