Are you not in most of your videos reading from a paraphrased NLT bible? That is not even a direct translation of the truth of God. How can you check anything against non scripture????
amen brother,,,I agree with the hearing three voices we hear,,our own voice, that of satan, or of GOD,, amen Satan wants people to be comfortable in there sin,,,GOD bless you!!!!
Could or have you already done a video on rightfully dividing the Word of God? Also, what version would you say is most accurate? And how about the using of tools such a concordance, looking into the original Greek or Hebrew?
Those are some good questions. I haven't made a vid on rightly dividing scripture. It is something I am planning to do though. And I know there are a couple of points that I'll make which will go against how most people divide scripture.
I do use a concordance. But I usually find myself refering to it when someone makes a claim that todays rendering of a passage is incorrect. And most often I find the new notion or idea is incorrect.
My personal bible is a NLT. I like it because it is easy to read and has more then the average number of footnotes at the bottom of the page. I like this aspect as it gives a good number of other possible renderings for some verses where different manuscripts found have different wording.
Rev 1:1, for example, reads "This is a Revelation FROM Jesus Christ.
But a footnote tells us some manuscripts read OF Jesus instead of from.
I will share this though regarding interpreting scripture and rightly dividing His word.
We are told to have two witnesses before we accept testimony.
I apply this to reading scripture as well.
The standard rule of thumb is that when two oppossing views seem to be presented, weight must be given to the one with most supporting passages when taken in context.
But I believe weight must go to the side with the most witnesses not the most verses.
A good example of where this needs to be applied is with "by faith alone", and eternal salvation teachings. For while there are a good number of verses to seemingly support these doctrines, they come almost exclusively from one man. But there are many witnesses who write contrary to these doctrines.
So do you side with one man who writes a lot regarding a particular doctrine? Or do you side with many witnesses who each speak a little against that doctrine?
You make it sound like people who reject the book of enoch are not saved.Yet it is the sacrifice on the cross that saves us not the book of enoch. The book of enoch does not add anything to the sacrifice of Christ.
It is not all about becoming sinless. We are saved by His righteousness which means it is by grace. If we have a father who only loves us if we do everything right or a father who loves us even if we make mistakes but expects us to learn from it,which one would give us more power to change?
Why do you not speak on the sacrifice that Jesus made for us on the cross even though it is the centerpiece of the gospel. You seem more concerned about other things.Get back to your first love.
When I make videos condemning the false teachings of radical grace, what is it that you think I'm doing?
I speak in gret detail about the cross and how Jesus did not die so that we can continue to live in sin. I speak extensively on the need to repent and turn from sin. I further explain that because of the work of the cross we are a new creation with a regenerated heart. Christs grace gives us the means to turn from sin, it does not give us a license to sin.
If we are on a path that leads us more into theology than a relationship with Christ we are not being led by the Spirit. If I can fathom all mysteries and all knowledge and if I have faith that can move mountains but have not love,I am nothing.
If you are led by the spirit you will know because you will be filled with the love of God.God is love.If you don't have love you are a resounding gong.
lol....The writings of Enoch were considered holy scripture by Jude as well Jude 1:14,...so if they consider anyone to be a heretic it would have to be themselves also for reading a heretic scripture verse when they read the Word of God.
Is quitting church right or wrong... neither are... it all depends on what the Spirit births within us.
My hunger for Jesus and truth is not my doing... in fact,it is all birthed by God within me. I take zero credit and give God all glory for anything good within me!
While Bible study is good, we must depend on God to open the scriptures to us... the human intellect can not reveal truth, only God can.
It's all about growing closer to Jesus... not us becoming sinless by our own efforts. imo
You sir are one of the few people who believe this way. I bless you. You have no idea how right you are. God is in you. When you know God and are righteous, you can't be any other way.
16And I will pray the Father, and he shall give you another Comforter, that he may abide with you for ever;
17Even the Spirit of truth; whom the world cannot receive, because it seeth him not, neither knoweth him: but ye know him; for he dwelleth with you, and shall be in you.
18I will not leave you comfortless: I will come to you.
19Yet a little while, and the world seeth me no more; but ye see me: because I live, ye shall live also.
i agree with you brother,i think theres a verse it says 'Carry your own cross and follow me' we need to drop our pride and worldy opinions and be guided by the Holy Spirit
Not at all. It lines up with what I've been saying.
Both Lucifer and Jesus are refered to as the morning star.
But Lucifer is the false and counterfiet light bearer. He is named such so that we would be aware of those claming to be walking in the light or, worse, claiming to BE the light.
"Whereas angels who are greater in power and might do not bring a reviling accusation against them before the Lord. But these are like natural brute beasts made to be caught and destroyed, speak evil of things they do not understand, and will utterly perish in their own corruption."
"These are wells without water, clouds carried by a tempest, for whom is reserved the blackness of darkness forever. For when they speak great swelling words of emptyness, they allure
Enoch is of the word of God. If they woulld read it they woud see it is a help to Gen 6. and they would understand it better! This will also give grater Knowledge of things that is to come!
First of all I do not believe of a denomination. But the word tells us to test the Spirit. As of others we are to look at the fruit that is of the person. To except a new truth you must search it out and find out is it truth. Never take a persons word for it. Yes you must be open to the Holy Spirit at all times. I was raised in a Religion and my eyes were opened to the truth and I left! Once my eyes were opened I had not choice or die
I will just say this. One cannot have heard the Voice of God and not recognize it, the Voice of God is above our thoughts and mightier than anything Satan could imagine. The main error in your video is that you think that the 23000 denominations within Christianity believe and hear the Voice of God or any voice for that matter. (See Next)
I have been studying the various groups for over 12 years and I can tell you for sure that really they deny that one can hear God's Voice within. The only ones I found to really believe this and to hear Him were the Early Quakers and they today who similarly wait on Him. (Next)
Protestantism, my Friend is not based on the leading of Christ within rather it is based on private interpretation of Scripture. The reality is that in Protestantism it is not Christ who is Head of the Body, it is the Bible or more correctly the various leaders interpretations of it. In Orthodoxy and Catholicism again, it is Tradition as expressed in the Synods (Councils of the Church). (Next)
If John was here today and said to modern day Christians what he wrote in 1 John 2:27 Orthodox, Catholics and all the Protestant denominations would have labeled him a "delusional heretic". My Friend you cannot have been through an earthquake where buildings fell and crumbled and not have trembled or question if it was an earthquake. (Next)
This is why Jesus said, "My sheep KNOW my voice and will not follow the stranger" (John 10). Do you know His Voice dear Brother? Have you experienced the earthquake? Do you want to know the prove of living in Christ and being led by Him what it is? It is very simple my Friend. If the HOLY Spirit dwells in you, He makes you HOLY. GBU!
I think many would argue with you. You might believe and claim that protestants feel this way, but that certainly doesn't make it so.
In fact, I'd have to go so far as to say it's a great exageration that comes close to being an out right lie. Just because the bible is used to judge all claims made does not put it above Jesus. Every protestant knows that it is Jesus who saves us and not the 66 books of the bible.
First of all I do not lie and urge you to take that accusation back at once. I have studied their views for over 12 years (and in fact still continue since their groups are accountable, every day it seems a new one appears out of nowhere). Also I do not appreciate you twisting my words. Who spoke of the Bible and not Jesus saving? Not me. Read what I write and not add your interpretations to it, I am not the Bible. (See Next)
Putting the Bible in the place of Christ doesn't mean that the Bible saves, it means that they make the Bible their final authority in all things. And if we really want to be honest they do not even do that (if they did they would agree between themselves) they really put their founders INTERPRETATIONS of Scripture above everything. (Next)
Some even go so far as to say that Christ is the Bible (yes, I had that told to me too) or that since the Canon was putt together God stopped using any other means to interact with His people (this a pastor of the "Church of Christ" told me). They might say sometimes that the Spirit leads them or that they hear His voice but when you push them to the wall (as we see in Greece) they usually admit that they mean that they "hear" Christ by reading the Bible and not by any inward voice. (Next)
One here on You Tube told me outright that if there was no Bible, there would no Christian Faith. Now I am waiting for your apology for calling me a liar. Thank you.
How can you say these other denominations deny hearing His voice? No doubt many are not hearing his voice, possibly including the quakers, but they all believe that they are, including the quakers.
No one, however, says, I'm not hearing Gods voice but I'm pretty certain he'd want us doing such and such.
No, everyone claims to hear His voice and says we MUST do such and such.
TrustinJC. The answer my Friend is simple. Push them as far as you can and make them explain what they mean by "hearing Christ's Voice" or "being led by the Spirit". Take their Bibles away and see if they have the Living Word within to teach them as the Early Christians had before the New Testament was ever put together. (See Next)
When a Protestant says "I hear Christ's Voice" he usually means his interpretation of Scripture, when a Catholic says that, he usually means the Catholic Church interpretations, when I say that I mean exactly what the words say. There is a very big difference. I am still waiting for your apology for calling me a liar.
TrustinJC. Thank you very much. You ask me how do I know that it is God who leads me. There are many reasons. Some of which are: 1. He told me things concerning my personal life which latter happened. 2. He convicts me of sin and shows me how to overcome. 3. What He says I find that agree with Scripture. 4. He led me to a group of believers who also were taught inwardly similar things. And many more reasons. (See Next)
Of course I cannot prove to anyone who does not believe me that I am not deceived. But then the Apostles were also denied by the Jewish leaders. This is why I believe that each person should experience God for themselves and then the Spirit of God in them will testify to them who is also led by the same Spirit. (Next)
Now I am not saying that everyone who is led by the Holy Spirit agrees with me on everything, this because God teaches each of us according to our needs and maturity. But the Spirit can recognize who is speaking by the same Spirit. I hope I make sense. GBU!

I am also a frequent vistor to the site biblegateway.
It's a great site that allows me to do word or phrase search in all major bible versions.
You can also do a search for a particular passage, such as, Matt 17: 1-11 in whatever bible version you want.
This allows you to cross reverence a particular bible passage with all major bible versions.
I won't be making the vid on dividing the word for a few weeks as there are others that have priority right now.

Satan has more power in our mind then he does in reality / spiritual realm... imo - Darkness is "allowed", so the Light is magnified.
The Spirit led person grows in love, compassion, mercy, etc..., not by their own efforts but by Jesus' power within them.
Personally, since I quit "doing church" and just started focusing on Jesus, my beliefs have changed dramatically.
Result = much more spiritual fruit, drawn me much closer to Christ & has resulted in a hunger for Jesus like never before.
