  • hello, i own a 50 cc suzuki scooter, and i think that it uses 17x12 rollers, can i install 15x12 new ones instead? will it make any problems? pls help me.. thanks in advance

  • @boxerSubaru Sorry to my late reply but in the long run it isn´t really a good idea to replace the rollers with a smaller size because of a number of reasons.

  • @chrilla1980 thnx for your reply

  • Hey DIOSpeedDemon,Just want to say I really like your work and enjoy all of your videos, very informative. And thank you for taking the time to do these. I just have one thing though, could you please, please stop with the music while making a how-to video. It is so disruptive and improper, while trying to learn from your good work dude.

  • got any of those sweet clutch covers for sale? your the man

  • have you tried out the roller sliders? dr pulley makes some and there are generic ones. Ive had great luck with them.

  • hello guys , a friend of mine has a dio stock , and wants to increase the acceleraion and top speed , at the beginning i thought about chaning the exhaust and the variator weights , but dont know what gramms to put , any idea ?

  • @fartaskia put in a racing variator and experiment with the weights, you should get between 3-5 mph more speed.

  • Geez Lighten up about the Heart already....he didn't have anything of real importance to say so you didn't miss much....

  • Am i typing ok i have two laser burns in my eyes and i just got hit by a bus Faak someone got it on video ,should go viral soon, anyway it makes it hard to see and two broken arms makes it hard to steer faaak just ran over my mopet with my honda 600XL R whats that about speed? oh and the bike was inside my truck at the time ,just so you know .

  • I got a question , wondering if u could help me .I have a 82cc dio with stock crank , and i am considering to buy a used Malossi multivar for piaggio engines , do u think It will fit my dio ? or do u have some tips for me what vario would fit ?cause its kinda difficult and expensive for me to buy a sport-racing variator which is specificly for dio engines.

thank u for ur time! and ur great videos!

  • Great videos man i love the music! heart rock ..

I am very thankful for you videos i have learned so much...

  • I have a question, my belt broke on my Shenk sl50at 7 50cc scooter, i replaced it along with some other components but not it doesnt go nearly as fast as it use to. i looked at the roller weights and two of them had been worn down a little, will that effect my speed?

  • my moped making weird sound where that part inside of my variator, do you think if i change my weights it wont make that weird sound?

  • what weights do you recommend for a 150cc, my riding style is I like to go faster I want fast throtlle response and quick acceleration and high top end speed? what weight combination do you recommend? thnks

  • It's so improper dude ..That song blows ") LOL

  • Comment removed

  • Music volume is too high, can barely here the commentary

  • I would think "light" weights would make better lower end acceleration since its easier to turn and engage? and a heavier weights would give you better top speed? just a thought. I'm not sure so that's why there are ? marks. I'm thinking like rim weight, smaller lighter rims = faster accel but bigger rims = slower accel but higher mph overall...... sorry for being a noob but that's why i asked questions!

  • I think the different weights may have to do with adjusting the acceleration at different RPMs. All six weights are used initially. as RPMs increase 3 of the weights will travel their full amount, and 3 will still have some travel. By adjusting the weight of the 3 weights that still have travel, you can adjust the high RPM acceleration. I think that is the idea, but I could be full of it.

  • Put in some 6G.

  • If you cant buy 7.5 grams you can make 7.5 grams by putting in 3x8 and 3x7!

  • Have you tried the Dr. Pulley slider weights instead of the roller weights?? They engage quicker and wear evenly thus lasting a LOT longer than rollers. I'm sure you've heard of them but I wondered if you have tried them. I have already ordered them for my Yamaha C3 which is a fuel injected 4 stroke 49cc with liquid cooling. I've noticed you use Initials when you respond to comments what do they mean?

  • that should work on 150 go karts too

  • I cant hear anything cause of that music... not that is a bad music, is just at the improper time.

  • sorry about that. I will turn it down next time. RH DSD

  • @DIOSpeedDemon

Which way do roller weights install on the ramps

    plastic,metal,plastic,metal,plastic metal ??

  • Great music video, wish that guy wasn't talking over the Heart.

  • thanks, i have been trying to find out what it is, i need a racing one to go with my bog bore kit

  • what was the bush thing called? all i could here was a new racing ........boss... give you more top speed

  • It is called a "pully-boss", the silver shining chrome roller, the variator rolls on. RH DSD

  • Heart sounds good but I couldn't hear ya

  • Christ man...turn the music down or off while making a vid.

  • does a racing variator make the bike go faster ?

  • you should get sliding rollers they don't get those flat spot one them and rarely do you have to replace them as much as your would on round rollers google dr.pully sliding rollers thats what i have in mine

  • POLINI EVOLUTION IS BEST

  • LOL

  • if you put smaller one's could the scooter start faster? 8 and 7 grams aren't to heavy?

  • Smaller weights will make the motor rev quicker and you will lose top end speed. Larger weights give more torque and hold the motor speed down until you kick into high gear. The trick is to get the best set up for your motor, bike , weight and riding style. It takes many tries at different weight combinations to find the one you like. RH

  • what he put inside that Variator

  • Graphite dust that lets the variator weights move more easily without sticking due to heat, which is a big problem with my dio motors.

  • you should use an impact tool / wrench on those shaft for it may damage the shaft allignment and produce vibrations.

  • good machine man thanx for the videos !!!

  • cool ^^
