Did you use the extract tool? It's great for heads and hair. Your heads look a little cut out, extract looks more natural. Its under filter->extract.

here's a little bit of advice: instead of using only a couple of faces, use a whole mess of them, play around with the features, and try to do a little bit better at a little of the blending (i.e. skin tones matching up, etc.) Though I think my personal favorite of the bunch was Wolverine Harry. That was good blending, for sure. Skin tone was slightly off, but not noticeable really. Last piece of advice: you should try to blur the edges of the faces a little, to make it more natural. Nice video!
