  • Somedays before I mate with Doctor, he was suffering form Fibromyalgia from 8 years, now he was locking healthy and fit.. I asked him about treatement he told me that he did not found any good treatment in medcines but he used a nerbal name Shilajit, he used it for three months and he becom fit and never had fibromylagia pain again.

  • I use oxycottin oxycodone not with asprian 100% oxycodone. I would or you should ask your doctor to use something else besides tramadol because of the link to liver problems and I use oxyfast for the pain and xanxa and halcion for sleep but my sleep med cant use for ten days in a row or you will drive asleep. So try and use pain meds that do not have any asprina in them cause they will mess with your liver thats why i get the oxycodone

  • HI THERE! K i was told rosemary oil will help the pain. Taking a hot bath with ginger..makes you sweat out the toxins...but i cant do that..it seems like hot make it soooo much worse? Does anyone else agree?? and ur not suppose to eat meat, green peppers, white potatos, dairy products, sugar, processed or consume any caffine.....ggrrrrrrrrrrr so what we gona eat? cardboard anyone?

  • useful video, i enjoyed the content but the music made my head spin. i hope you got on well at the rheumatologist x

  • *Wheat bags, hot water/hot towels.

Of course these are mostly temporary relief, but it all helps.

Meditation/relaxation has also helped a lot aswell as a few other things.

Have you tried swimming? A lot of people say that once you get past the first hurdle and get into it / strengthen your muscles it really helps - I cant swim so i'm a tad apprehensive :P.

When nothing else helps and i'm really at my wits end I use codydramol, but as with most medication it tends to make me woozy/sick.

  • I've tried amitriptyline, diclofenac (I prefer the gel that you rub on - also less likely to have any bad effects on your stomach) and a few other things.

None of them were really much help, atleast not to warrant me causing myself more symptoms on top.

I've found that diet has really helped me (i'm vegan and dont eat gluten, any additives, much sugar etc) but I respect that it isn't the easiest option for everyone.

I use a lot of peppermint oil (I really recommend it) and heat therapy.. cont..
