Geez, I know as well as anyone how dark history is. The reason I like Hetalia is because it's funny and gives a lighter view of history. If i wanted dark, depressing, sad and realistic, I'd go back to my history book. Honestly this song depresses me and I don't like HetaOni. I dont know why anyone does. But I'm not here to hate. For example when Japan was hit my an earthquake. So many people drew pictures of Japan hurt, injured. Think about how they must have felt throughout history. This song to me shows that. That even thought countries have their fun and good, benificial time, they also have their downfalls. That is where the dark marukaite chikyuu comes in. It really gets to me... sorry for the long rant. it's just how i see it ^^;;

I... just adore this. To me it really conveys the struggle that the countries actually go throught. The hidden sadness. All we see in the anime is fun, happy and well loved character that represent countries but when you really get down to it, these characters are based on real countries. each country has it's struggles and it's problems.

@zoezoewriter It is quite sad yes, but it also has a lot of pairing moments, especially Gerita (and the game mentions Holy Roman empire a lot too) I did not cry when everyone was "Dying" but I sobbed uncontrollably on episode 16 part 2. I would recommend watching it, even if you do cry, you'll be happy you watched it. :)
