The first time I heard Totentanz was when you performed it at a rehearsal concert for the 1997 Van Cliburn competition. I fell in love with the piece immediately and have been waiting ever since to hear it again (unknowingly you released a CD in 2002 with it on there!)
Thanks Joel for posting this! Absolutely amazing! It brings back fond memories of that concert - a concert that inspired me as a young teen to become more focused in my piano studies.
