Bodybuilding is one of the very best ways to get back in shape after being out of shape, or having a bay or whatever. I took it up back in the days of Rachel McLish and Lisa Lyons. Competitive shape is the extreme example of bodybuilding but bodybuilding just for the sake of sculpturing is the way to have a cat-like body with cat-like movement. And when every fiber is alive, it's sexy.
