I work out for this music and use the trance effect to forget about the body and focus on other things but the body while working my body... isn't that an oxymoron ? But it works ! Try it ! By listening to trance you will forget about even the work out pain and increases my endurance and repetition counts. Somehow ATB-stunes transport me into a different world and then I forget about the phyisical realm thus I can work out for a longer period of time !
