Can all the jets in the US Air Force be used to blow out the candles on the birthday cake of our Heavenly Father? Would American pilots actually be willing to do this thing?
WOTM teach works salvation according to the bible, here is 100% proof:
Jonah 3:10 And God saw THEIR WORKS, that they turned from their evil way; and God repented of the evil, that he had said that he would do unto them; and he did it not.
It says God saw "their WORKS" they they turned from their evil way (sins), and in the same verse it says God himself repented...it doesn't mean turn from sin, WOTM are 100% fake phony works salvation, self righteous pharisees. Dont trust them, trust KJV bible
Whatever you do don't trust Way of the Master, theyre controlled by Satan. The bible says youre saved by faith only (believing only, like it says in Acts 16:30-31), and then if you sin after salvation God will deal with it, so you dont need to worry bout turning from your sins, God will deal with that after youre saved, he will chastise/discipline you for your sins on earth if you sin after salvation (check hebrews 12:6-11, hebrews 10:26-31, psalm 38 etc.) Trust the bible not Way of the Master.
Just because someone believes in life does not mean abortion can be based off of such a belief. I believe in whats best for humanity. Even though I believe abortion is "wrong" it is a necessary evil because we have limited resources and we don't need a bigger human population. I don't understand what the problem is...aren't you, like, a christian? According to you, the babies will go to heaven so who cares?
I've read the comments on how God is Love, and this is true, but He is Holy and Just, as well. I don't know of anyone who came to Christ because of how loving He was. However, I do know of people who realized how sinful their life had been and the consequences which comes from unbeleif and unrepentence, and when they realized they were headed for hell w/out Christ and His forgiveness they did a 180 and thanked God for not giving them what they truly deserved, HELL. Jesus paid the price we couldn't.
@calvinclemons030 "God is love, BUT, He is also holy and just". When BUT is used, it negates the thought expressed before the word BUT; It is like saying to your wife, "i love how beautiful you are BUT you have a serious weight problem". Salvation is God's covenant of Love and His Kingdom. We are saved by God's love. Any time we preach a message that does not include God's love, we have lost the essence of the gospel. God wants us to believe in Him and in His love for us............Selah!
@KingdomUploader God is Love AND Just AND Kind AND Willing to forgive all those who humbly accept His free gift of salvation. Romans 10:9 "That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved."Christ conquered all, and we must be willing to unabashedly proclaim Him from the rooftops if neccesary, and tell people there is a place called hell and this will be their fate if they don't beleive & repent.
@KingdomUploader Uhhh...no. Many people try to express the ideal that God is love and so many preaching false doctrines and then use the ideal of accusing others of not being loving when they disagree and repudiate their views. It is a very common accusation against Christians. Plainly, the bible teaches God is love and God is holy. Using the love of God to excuse sin is condemned in the scriptures. Please understand-this is adressed to you but not about you.
@chiaromontestephen True! Death is coming to every soul. if we would align ourselves with the will of God, we will be raised from the dead and be with God in the "heavenly realms" and here on earth in His soon coming Kingdom. I personally do not want to be dead forever! If you think this is foolishness, please keep an eye and ear open.
@KingdomUploader 1Cor3:5-9 Who then is Paul, and who is Apollos, but ministers by whom ye believed, even as the Lord gave to every man?I have planted , Apollos watered; but God gave the increase. So then neither is he that planteth any thing, neither he that watereth; but God that giveth the increase. Now he that planteth and he that watereth are one:and every man shall receive his own reward according to his own labour. For we are labourers together with God: JUDGE, BUT JUDGE RIGHTEOUS JUDGEMENT!
@calvinclemons030 I do receive your admonition brother and do not wish to judge at all; i want followers of Jesus to begin challenging, as i have, the traditional belief system we have adopted through what we have been TAUGHT. Today i am prayerfully, humbly and through the teaching of the Holy Ghost, re-visiting all my long held beliefs to "make my calling and election Sure" as Peter says.
@KingdomUploader Sorry for the mis-usage of grammer brother, and it's good to know you got the gist of what was being said. I agree that any belief system contrary to what Jesus and His apostles said is anatha maranatha. I've found this out the hard way, and God's chastisement and guidance put me back on the right path. If one cannot trace there belief and worship back to the time of Christ and the church of the 1rst cen. Jews and Gentiles, then something is probably wrong somewhere. Amen?
how about letting us hear some testimony from people who listen to your "presentation of the law and the gospel"? i watch the street preaching and the 'good person' test and the holding up of the jewish law to gentiles; if that is the way to spread the gospel, why are there not INSTANT responses from the crowd? you all seem glad that 180 is instantly changing minds on abortion after a simple 'reasoning'.why don't you have vids where people instantly come to the Lord after hearing your gospel?
@KingdomUploader so you wanna argue that this isnt one of the points of the law? If so... then why do we have Romans 3:19 and 1Tim 1:8-10. Its to show us our need and convict us. If the Lord wills then they come to Christ.
@Estzenify not argument but a reasoning between two Christ followers. Nicodemus was a pharisee; Jesus spoke to him as one who, due to his law keeping would gain him access to the Kingdom. the jews were entrusted with conveying it to the gentile world; this did not happen. the gentiles of our day need to be shown the unconditional Love of God; once that is in place, the "law" of God, His holiness, will manifest itself in the gentile and enable him to do by nature the things contained in the law.
@KingdomUploader what has Nicodemus do with it? No man has got into the kingdom by law. Whats wrong with the reasoning there? How do you show Gods unconditional love if people do not reconize themselves being guilty? You must show people the need and thats where law comes our helper to show the need... so whats wrong with the reasoning? Nicodemus believed thats the only diffrence. And I do know who the pharisees, and other schools of thought on the day and age were.Amen
Rom 2:14 Even Gentiles, who do not have God's written law, show that they know his law when they instinctively obey it, even without having heard it.
15 They demonstrate that God's law is written in their hearts, for their own conscience and thoughts either accuse them or tell them they are doing right.
23 You are so proud of knowing the law, but you dishonor God by breaking it.
24 No wonder the Scriptures say, "The Gentiles blaspheme the name of God because of you."
@KingdomUploader Ummm I really cant see how this is relevant to the topic and I can't see any of the questions answered and am still waiting if this discussion ever matters... But if to discuss your counter-argument or whatever it is... (cause you still lack the answers), I can't see where do you draw the point here by showing Romans 2:14-15 ; 2:23-24. Cause All that says there is that jews are guilty and that gentiles know the law by conscience and cannot excuse themselves.
@Estzenify i just do not think walking gentiles through the ten commandments is appropriate and ray does not show us the effectual fruit of it; where are the resultant conversions? the way to evangelize the gentiles is to first get them to believe in God by pointing Him out in nature; tell them that God loves them; then their conscience will respond to the drawing of the Holy Spirit "it is the goodness of God that leads men to repentance", "unless God builds the house the laborers labor in vain"
