  • Curious to know did you get the DA for the bill board? good job on the whole thing

  • @batesza Thanks 4 yr question about the mosaic of advertisement space and and thanks, yes I've had the DA done for quiet some time now. It was an easy process though i botched the first app the second went through all clear. I've been little slow but finally about this week or so the signs will begin hanging! See forpropertyinvestors in the For Rent link for the page i did about it! Soon a few photos of it.

  • man ur lane ways are huge down there your place looks eco friendly nice reuse of a open space

  • PLease c ontact Tracy Harvey via email urgent!

    thanks Tracy

  • @goodbyewelfare Hey Tracey got your email and replied!

  • Woow a thousand views my old dump of a house (unit). That old white Van in this vid that i lived in and saved to get into this first place is getting retired soon. I bought a new Ute today. But I'l keep the old Van for sentimental value. done many a mile in that thing! Think l'l frame it and put it in a museum haha.

  • Good job. As long as its clean and has 4 walls and a roof its good enough.

  • @TheSwords99 Yeah i guess so. One of the tenants was excited as with the chance of living there because they thought it was different because it's an old disused shop.

  • @TheSwords99 Yeah even though it a feral st, few leeks in the roof... i must fix them.

  • That is truly awesome. Well done. It is an inspiration. Bravo!

  • Weird isn't it but strange as it is i've got people renting that place for $260 a week. The guy that went in there had no furniture and was staying in a caravan park. To him having at least some basics where he didn't have to buy furniture he was happy about. I didn't select furniture i just got it in my travels usually for free so just put it in the unit. Some tenants also left stuff behind. Hey even i wander what year some of that furniture came from.

  • Did this bloke actually go out of his way to get old outdated fittings and furniture to put in there? You couldn't even get a kitchen that looks that old in the U.K now.

    or a toilet like that.

  • Bloody brilliant mate im proud to say , another bloody aussie kickin goals

dam i love empty shells and a person willing to try anything , i can do stuff with plasterboard that would amaze you

  • @xXsnitchyXx i got that plastering finished mate.

  • Well done on the houses. It will take a bit of time to finish the 2nd one off. Keep up the good work, Camo.

  • @labells We'll get their. It open for rent as of this weekend. So yeah it's finished.

  • Thanks. I just uploaded a vid of the second house i bought. This one is more like a real home but still lots of work to do to it. I guess you have to start with dumpy old houses when you start from homeless on the streets.

  • You have done a great job. I found this very inspiring!

  • @ks3001 Thank you, that's good. My pain :) must be your inspiration. Actually it's satisfying after you stand back and it's all done!

  • You asked what I saw in your property? I see a better way to live compared to the van. Reading the Xtra Info It is hard to tell U exactly what I see it is your vision. Compared to a van it is great If it were me I would love to live there as long as I could live debt free. I hate oweing money I want to be free and this means debt free too. I am not famaliar with your area your sun is on the north side in the winter. Yall drive on the other side of the road. No clue as to your legal system?

  • @cdltpx I'm still sleeping in the old Van. Tenants reside in the property.

  • @ForPropertyInvestors If that is the way you want to do it and you are happy go for it. What do you do run an AC powered from the house? Now you have an income and a place to park your crib?

  • @cdltpx Ummm no. No AC i living in the dark ages in what's called the environment. Yep and the crib got stationary for a while and then her wheels headed out to home two!

  • @ForPropertyInvestors Where we live we are near New Orleans La many of her residents moved here one in particular HENRY was employed in the funeral business now retired he had a PU truck he owned for 26 years he lives in the truck there are peole that have offered him a place to sleep he will have nothing to do with it he likes it in his truck he eats at the picadilly resturaunt each day around 11:30. He had had to replace the truck he did so with cash and complains about the insurance.

  • @cdltpx Yes it is more enjoyable then renting. though i am not debt free, it is good debt because it's debts that make more income then the costs. Do what it takes to get one!!!!

  • owr... thanks.

  • well done buddy!
