i'm a postie in ireland and enjoyed this video that guys at least 2-3 times older than that kid and he came close.apparently if your a mailman it knocks 10-15 years offf your actual age.when you think about it your getting 3-4 hours aerobic workout every day.i'm 41 and fitter than most 3- year olds
