  • iv had this condition sinse i was 16 im 21 now, iv worked out 5 times a week for the last 3 years thinking it would help but it hasnt changed a thing.. i dont take of my t shirt on holiday if i do im always fiddleing with my nipples to make them shrink for a few seconds but im just paranoid bout them it fucks me off... but il get over it im sure when i get older lol

  • @leejenko lee, if it bothers you enough to make you self conscious you might want to consider surgery. The procedure is scarless and relatively cheap considering the benefits of not having to worry about your chest in public.

  • @pattycakes65 what is the base cost of the surgery? If it is fairly cheap.

  • @dtk1029 Base cost? Follow the link in the description for more information about the cost of surgery.

  • hey grandpa bambu - i remember you from the boards. Never got to see you though, I notice the way you sit, arms slightly forward to lift your t shirt off your chest. Shoot, I do the same, this thing really makes a mess of people.Free surgery for all who suffers now, you mof fos.

  • Gynecomastia when brought on by puberty can also gradually disappear, I would recommend waiting until your 20 and then if you really feel like its a huge burden then get the surgery, but lost as much weight and tone up until you can clearly see your abs, this way you will be able to see how much of the gynecomastia is actual glandular tissue

  • unbelievable that insurance doesn't cover it

  • Hey I'm 14 and I notice that I had puffy nipples. Two months later, yesterday, I finally realized that I have this condition. Currently it's on my left side by I can see that my right is starting to puff... What should I do? Can I get rid of it easily from the early stages?

  • @pattycakes65

Hey thanks for the input. I believe I will get the surgery done (6 months from now).

  • yeah dannng me tooo man i wnt surgery :/

  • no one kill themselves please. i got it too and i found out my insurance pays for it. ive had since i was in 8th grade been 3 years now. i tried cutting it out myself and all those stupid pills. Just find out if your insurance pays for it and youll have the surgery in about three months. im gettin mine in september

  • I'm 16. I got it when I was in 8th grade (13) Gynecomastia have ruined my life, I've tried to take suicide but couldn't do it. I have tried to workout (I'm 60 pounds, thin) but it dosen't have any results, I'm embarrassed about it, and it's really hard to explain it to my Girlfriend and such. Anyone know if it's only my hormons who is doing this if I have hard tissue under the nippels? btw my brother who is 19 had the same thing, his Gynecomastia dissapeared after 2-3 years.

  • I feel like killing myself and I'm only 13

  • I'm 21 and have had this problem for over 10 years. I used to be heavier but now I'm very thin. I lost weight everywhere except in my chest. It's embarrassing and people always suggest that working out will take it away. I've tried a lot of things, including exercising and weight lifting...still doesn't help. This surgery will cost a lot, but I guess it will be worth it ;-)

  • smokin weed can make u have these??? or makes it worse????

  • @sp00nytube yeh i know how ya feel man had em since i was 10 now 20 tryed the gym, hormones, pills everything jus this lump under my nipple ruining my life never had gf never had sex this shit can put a man down safe

  • if i have puffy nipples does that mean that i have gynocomastia? or do i just need to lose weight?

  • @comedyguy1262549 well it depends, how old u are, if its puberty or not....check if you have a hard "rock" under ur nips that cause pain or irritation, that would be the excess breast tissue....i've had it in my left now it moved 2 right, hopefully it will go away soon just like my left side!

  • @iTzSoULCuRRy im 15 and i had this weird rock like feel under my nip on my left now my right too im just glad its this breast tissue i was scared it was cancer but atleast im not alone

  • @sp00nytube i know how you feel, i have same problem. i thought it is problem with weight, so i lost 66punds, but it was like before. i get many promises that it will fade away within months, but still its same. i live with this problem for 6 years now, and i feel like it will last forever...

  • For the guys who cant afford the gyno surgery: Use a male bra and give a fuck what people think, build a six pack, and some arms, and go fuck. Dude you only have one life, dont let the fckin bullies ruin it. Imagine if your face were defigurated, or being blind.

  • this condition is ruining my life im still a virgin @ 20 never got to shag a girl had many oppurtunties but my bitch tits killed it i feel sub-concious why me my lifes shite enuf as it is cuked up in my house most of the time

  • @CLSAMG4eva yeh man i know iv tryed everything losing weight pills n everythin but mines glandular i think even 7days/365 at the gym wont cure my condition

  • Marijuana use BullSh!t

  • Trained and dieted obsessively for nearly 5 years since I was 18. I was at 6% body fat this time last year. Looks fucking weird having ripped arms, shoulders and abs, with little pointy boobs sticking out like a 12 year old girl. During this time I tried Gynemax and Gynexin for over a year in total. Finally saved the money for the surgery and now I'm left with little improvement and a scar on one side of my stretched, puffy weird looking nipples.

  • How much does the surgery cost?

  • i did a surgery. it healed very fast and you don't see any scars. i can recommend it to all of you. your self esteem will thank you.

  • Cure Without Surgery and Free informations :

    gynecomastia--cure(dot)blogspot(dot)com

  • im 17 and had it a few years(gyno), ive lifted weights past two years and ive still got gyno so building pecs doesnt work guys. Can I expect it to disappear soon?

  • im in same boat

    try eating broccoli

  • my personal trainer says do incline bench press to bring the nips up. worked for me

  • Yeah, I got the surgery when I was 18. It is so worth it, you should do it. I was probably more more than you, because I never wanted to leave the house and I always tried to wear a shirt over another. I'm 21 now and so glad I had it. I don't think there's a day where I am not reminded how much better I am now.

  • i have puffy tits since im 12 and i like them like they are.

  • no you don't

  • in fact, your right.

  • lol your not alone

  • is Dr frank lista a good surgeon for gynecomestia?/?

  • This makes you really depressed sometimes I h8 it so much I've had it for awhile and idk how much surgery costs so

  • i have like this.. a severe i think.. it makes my life a hell. who can help?

  • I've had this until I was 18. I had no normal adolescence and changed my life.

  • nah actually to be honest it bothers me alot too. I wear heavier shirts to cover up

  • I feel so feminine I have glynecomatia and stretchmarks. I guess this gives me an edge on the ladies. Some of you guys sound really insecure about this though damn. If people ask just tell em to love it or leave it

  • You can have this operation in eastern European countries like Russia or Turkey for about 500dollars. They do offer the same operation for a better price. Don't worry about quality they do use the same technology.

  • I'm having an operation in 2 weeks for liposuctions and excision of gynaecomastia. I am detailing it all in my new blog where i will answer questions on the process. Check my video for the link!

  • how much did it cost bro

  • @hondadealer15 It's about 6,500 dollars for me.

  • im getting surgery for this shit in 2 and a half weeks. im pumped out of my vagineeee, haha, i can relate to these dudes in so many ways, this KILLS my confidence with girls fuckin destroys it, i get no pussy now and i used to be good with girls too now they just think im an asshole because im just so uncofident and i guess unwelcoming. but word im soo pumped for whats to come, if anyones reading this who has this shit, quit being a huge poon and get the surgery

  • I get mine in December, my insurance agreed to cover it

  • have you gotten the surgery yet when you do or if you have let me know about the results im curious

  • im having gynecomastia surgery tomorrow!!!!!!!!!!!! holy shit, ive lived with it for 3 years (im 23) and tomorrow this shit ends!!!! i had know idea what was wrong with me! just like the video, i dont go to the beach/swimming, i dont wear nice fitting t shirts, definately dont wear tank tops, etc.. im pretty sure it was caused by marijuana, seeing that i smoke EVERY day.. but after this procedure.. i just dont know.. its gonna be hard as fuck to give it up!! oh well. CANT WAIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • Man im 15 and have gyne..becuz of it i always hav to decline going swimming with my friends and everyones like why? u afraid of water and im like bleh..and are the disks behind the nipple part of it?

  • anyone else catch that creepy smile of the girl pic around 1:59

  • yeah i saw it

  • i did...lol

  • NO FUCKIN WAY!, can it be caused by marijuana?!?! i got it.. and ive been smoking for ages ..

  • marijuana causes the production of free estrogen and that does not cause gyno. or at least thats what resent studies show cos if marijuana causes gyno the soybean does too.

  • the only girls at school that like me are fat girls y me?? if there is someone out there that can help me pay for this please cause i fell like cutting me nipples off

  • i have been working on my chest at the gym 4 weeks now and this guy tells me that it make u man tittie get bigger and the only help is surgey which costs over thousands of dollars

  • surgery isn't the only cure... it's the only surefire cure. People have had success with other options (anti-estrogens, pills like gynexin, other medications that cut down sub-q fat, diet/exercise, etc.)

  • If you are overweight you need to get your body weight down, and if you work your chest, you need to do upper only. Inclines with dumbbells. If you do lower and make muscle, it'll just push the fat forward more. Diet and upper chest first before you ever consider the surgery route.

  • That never works trust me, I've been trying that for the past 3 years

  • Sure. I'm saying if someone is overweight, they should try the natural route before considering surgery, to see if you have true Gynecomastia. Some guys just get fat up there as opposed to actual breast tissue.

  • i hate my breast, i will get surgery when im 18! they make me feel so down sometimes. this video made me feel less alone, thanks :)

  • i am 17 and for around 4 years i have only bigger nipples, not boobs. i was wondering will this soon end?=

  • if its been more than 2 years with puffy nipples it wont go away.

  • I'm 15 right now and have puffy nipples. They literally appeared overnight when I was 13. Is this due to puberty or is there something else that could be causing it?

  • its due to puberty because in researches it has been shown that 2 in 10 boys go through this during puberty

  • im also not fatt i have a 6 pack and im pretty built actually im really big

  • this sucks to have i have it and its the worst thing ever if people knew what it felt like to have them they wudd shut the fuck up

  • scared the shit out of me

  • I also have gynecomastia :/ damn it's so devastating to live with this shit

  • @Marezaz u can say that again

  • oooh like its such a drastic thing. Fuck this, I have the most gay-hating friends in the world and they dealt with it a lot easier than I expected.

I just wanna see if I can afford this surgical shit outta my own pocket. How much for a surgery?

  • pause at 02:00 subliminal hottie

  • hahaha nice catch

  • i wanted it but its like 7,000 to 10,000

  • Can someone ease my pain. Im 13 and i have puffy nipples!! AH! Im not fat, im quite skinny and im working on a 6 pac. SOMEONE HELP ME! Oh and dont make fun of me, i notice there is a disc under my nipple and one time i messed with it and started poking it a lot, IT SUDDENLY GOT BIGGER! So my right nipple is bigger then my left... great...

  • hey dude,

I know this is an obvious thing to say but try not worry. By the sounds of things (the hard disc) you may have Gynecomastia - however your best getting it checked out by a doc.

  • GREAT... i was fine without knowing i have gynecomastia... WHY DO YOU HAVE TO DO THAT TO A KID????lol

  • you are just going through a change in your life as long as you are excersizing and eating healthily chances are you will just grow out of this

dont worry yet this is something that will pass

  • omg same thing happened to me i had these disc like thing under my nipple now i no what it is i hope the dissaper

  • don't have pekcs.. somehoe i feel that doctor is wrong, having pecks can spread the puffy nipples! Plus it just gives someone else to look at whilst looking at your chest? What do you think? am i right or the doctor?

  • I suffer from gynecomastia and have had it since i was a teen. in the same time period I also used to take anti-depressants- 20mg of flouxetine daily- and i'm wondering if there is some connection between taking this medication and developing gynecomastia or just coincidence. Thank you.

  • I wouldn't have thought so Anti-depressants works as Serotonin-norepinephrine reuptake inhibitors (SNRIs), where as Weed aggrivates the bodies hormone levels. In a nut shell anti-depressants reduce hormones which make it less likely for "abnormalities" such as larger chests to form, where as Weed which is known to cause Gyno just sends your hormone levels haywire, hope this helps!

  • i like cheese.

  • Not too sure ozzyyeah,

thats a new one on me bt Rattaz07UK is right when he says about weed, it can cause gynecomastia as well

  • i have gynecomastia so i feel for these guys. i hope it goes away before anyone notices.

  • the rock had gynocomastia

  • im from new zealand and do doctors here know about it? or do surgury here?

  • To say that the vast majority of cases have no real cause is a little vague. Usually the vast majority of guys who complain about gynecomastia experience it during or shortly after puberty when the hormones are nuts. Then you have the other groups of guys that get it from recreational and medical drugs.

  • i live in the UK anyone know anything bout doctors over here its the most embarassing thing ever man i basically have to walk like a hunchback

  • Ohh.

  • hey, he says steriods cause gynecomastia right. but why does it cause gynecomastia? Does steriods somehow wack your hormone? is that why? do you know?

  • Yeah steroids mess with your hormones. I think too much testosterone in the body turns into estrogen.

  • Most, but not all steroids are synthetic testosterone. As your liver breaks these down, it produces estrogen. The increased estrogen in your body can have feminizing effects.

  • so not all steroids would give a person gynecomastia? is that why some people who takes steriods dont' have gynecomastia? I am confused. I am just curious.

  • As I understand it, a minority of steroids, like dbols, are not synthetic testosterone.

As to why some steroid users do and some do not develop gynecomastia, I believe it's just because everyone's body is different and can react differently to the same substances.

Some steroid users will take an estrogen blocker, like nolvadex while they're on a "cycle" to prevent gynecomastia from occurring.

Google steroid + nolvadex, or testosterone + nolvadex.

  • Thank you for your information. wow ~ I can't believe some people would take that risk and still take steriods. It is scary stuff. So steroids like dbols cause gynecomasatia? or are you saying all the steriods? And what is none synthetic testosterone?

  • plzzzzz help........i havent yet told ma parentz .....u knw a soln 2 dis???also i have a hard lump in my nipples nd seem like they never go away .......ive been waitin since i wazz 13 or 14...itz more than 3 yrs now.....what do i do???iz it bcoz i masturbate or smth like thtttttttt.....plzzz help me

  • naw since your kinda younr, like me, i think u should wait till like ur 18, then i would talk to your doctor, sometimes its caused by puberty, so it might take a little bit if u leave them a lone, i knew this one guy who was 26 until he lost them, and he didnt do anything they went away on there owns, but that was a rare case. so just wait a little, till ur 18

  • Gynecomastia can not come back. This is why all doctors tell the patient to wait till they are at least 18 years of age to have operation. After that, it can not come back. Forever. But using steriods is different story. There are some stories about male using steriods and got Gynecomastia. So, never ever use steriods.

  • True.

  • What is true?

  • Steroids cause gynecomastia.

  • i know that, but he also talks about hormone still going wack after the surgery. But he forgot to mention the age. If you are too young and have the surgery I heard that there is chance it could come back but when you are old enough then it will never come back. I hate this doctor for saying such a thing to scar people.

  • how long is the recovery period?

  • 1 week my doctor said.. just lay in bed tho it doesnt hurt if u dont move

  • I know a guy with gynecomastia. He's been smoking weed everyday for well over 25 years. I don't think that helps the problem. I know it's not always weed related, but I think some of the time it is.

  • Good luck kid. I just got my surgery done yesterday. The soreness is not bad and the results are well worth it!

  • i am a 17 year old boy that has bin suffuring with gynecomastia since i was 12, i had told my mother abaut my condition and that i wanted help in getting rid of them which was a dificult task for me, it has bin almost a year now and i remain with my gynecomastia problem and my mother seams to care less that i dont want these balls of fat in me. what should i do??? If enyone can help i'd realy apreciate.

  • if ur family can spend like idk how much then get surgery,, but if u cant id try wearing a tight shirt under a big shirt

  • its crazy that u say that because i actualy thought of that like a month ago and it workes pretty well but thank you ennyways

  • i have the exact same story. i always wear two shirts

  • I bought a chest compression vest from the internet and gods honest truth it is amazing!! It cost like £25 but now i never go out without one on, It compresses my chest right in, you can still see i have "bumps" but it makes a terrific difference not to just my appearance but also my confidence!

  • congrats dude.

  • I get teased since elementary school and I also get into fights and they try to play with it. I always wear loose clothing to hide them. Now, with a good apying internship I'm trying to save as much as possible to get rid of it once and for all. No one in my family know what its like to life with such an embarrassment. My father is ok with his but as for me, I hate it ever since I was growing up

  • i just had mine done yesterday (24 hours ago) im in great pain and discomfort even tho my case is slight and was barely noticable when i had a shirt on it still bugged me and I know ow you feel...I am happy I had this done, and next summer I can finally show of my abs and muscles I have been working on for so long wihtout trying to hide my chest...good luck

  • I am truly happy for you. Did your chest get swell after the surgery? And what is the procedure like? For example you have to get blood test before the anesthesia, and the surgury and how was it done? Lipo or surgery? And when you can start working out again?

  • I just now got back form my followup appointment from the doctor and I freaking wanted to french him (no homo)..He did such a great job I love the man...I am a amature Bodybuilder (hobby)...BTW I never used steroids and my case is "idiopathic"...It was great and now all you can see is my nicely formed pec muscles...Blood test were done and all that jaz (im low on testosteron, TRT now).....On friday im going back to the gym and the doctor said that I can go as heavy as I want, Im officially done!

  • Wow, that is a incredible story. I am so happy for you. Could you share the doctor's name. Maybe I need to see him soon. So did he just to lipo or both incision? And where was the incision done?

  • Dr. Grant A. Fairbanks Senior (his son is doc too) He us based in Utah. He is a great an wiht over 25 years experience, he is even a lead proffesor at university...He is an aswesome doctor!!!...He did cut at nipples (cant see the scar AT ALL, cant feel nipples to much anymore)... He also did four little tinny barely noticable cuts underneath my "breasts"...so 6 incisions all together...He extracted the gland and also did lipo suction....OMG, this is the best thing I have ever done in my life!!!

  • I wish I was in Utah to meet with the doctor. But too far away. Well, I am really happy for you and just keep on working out. God Bless You.

  • good luck dude...Im sure there are doctors wherever you are that are good at what they do!!!Please do the research, im blessed with above average income so I didnt have to think twice about the 5K cost but anyone can get a low cost loan...PLEASE DO IT, this will change your life.....Even tho now im "normal" i feel like superman, i feel like I have something that no one else has! .....I cant wait to go shirtless next year! GOOD LUCK MAN, look into it and let me knowif you do it!

  • My doctor said working out could just make it worse. Since your building your muscle underneath the fat and tissue pushing it out more

  • actually, I don't think that is right. You got to see different doctor. I never heard of that before.

  • He's right. When you build your pec, the muscle pushes out the glandular tissue making it seem more prominent and noticeable.

  • Nope, he is wrong. I've seen 5 doctors but that wasn't the case at all.

  • No,what I mean is, if you have a somewhat severe case of gynecomastia, just the gland, not the fat, then building your pec would only push it out more. It's common sense, plus the doc in the video even said so. Muscle and gland, no mix, so muscle only pushes the gland out more.

  • there is no muscle there so it doesn't do that at all.

  • I have a question? how did we met in youtube? I don't remember putting a reply to you before? And to answer you. There is no muscle underneath the male breast and that is why the doctors ask you to flex your pecks to know where the breast tissue is and where the muscle ends.

  • ???Alright, be sure to send me some of that weed you smoke in Imagination Land. By the way, at 2:27 in the video, the doc say's, building up your pec makes things look, keyword "look" worse. Ohh and building up you pec means working out your chest muscles, not sitting on your ass sipping on shit. So there, if your a body builder with gyne, it will look worse.

  • Acutally I do not know nothing about this. Anyways, but when did we first spoke to each other anyways? Just curious.

  • I was just backing up ManDogPanda's claim. So no, we never spoke to eachother.

  • Cool, but I still have to disagree with you both. Like I said, there is no muscle there so it doesn't matter if you work out or not.

  • You know. I don't know. Lets just ignore this converstaion.

  • My doctor did lipo and tissue extraction as well, but he did the lipo from under my arm pits so you can't see the scars and I can't even see the scars around my nipple. I'm happy to hear you had sucess and I feel the same way (very happy I did it). I started my workout in full after four weeks.

  • got a question. can gynecomastia come back after having surgery done?

  • trust me man i feel your pain, im going through the same shit

  • fun life, where are u looking for a doctor, which state?

  • I'm 15, had this my entire life. I've been talking to my doctor about this for the past month and he is going to consult a surgeon for me. I can finally get my life back.

  • I feel for them. I know how it feels. I had gynecomastia since a teen. I started lifting weights and it helped mask it. However, as I got older (now 36) it seems worse. I am having the surgery. It $6k, but it's my only chance. I'm so sick of my life revolving around my chest. If you are a teen I would consider waiting till you're fully developed before surgery. This video was great and I hope it helps a lot of guys understand they are not alone and there is help available.

  • When are you getting this surgery and where and which doctor? Can you please share this information. You know I had my surgery done but left a big scar and it is just painful to see on the mirror. My doctor did a bad job, but I want to get one more from good doctor.

  • I responded but I think by putting a link in my post it got deleted. I'm going to have my surgery mid october and my doctor is in Boston Massachusetts, Dr. Richard Silverman. He has a website you can google.

  • can gynecomastia come back after having surgery to remove them?

  • I had the surgery in Oct and it was the best thing I ever did! I'm so happy with the results and feel so much better about myself. My doctor said it will not come back, but I am 37 so I'm fully developed. You may have to ask your doctor depending on your age. He said it would come back if I took steroids, but I don't use them, so I'm not concerned. The healing process has been long, but each day I'm getting more and more sensation back in my nipples and the numbness is going away.

  • I agree with you. As long as you are not using steriods there is no chance of Gynecomastia coming back. But listening to this doctor just scared me. I had it done 11 years ago and I am 28 and going to be 29. This doctor on the video is saying there is chance if your hormone stays wack, it could come back... but when you are adult, that is no problem right. isn't this why all doctors tell people to wait till you are older to get the surgery done. this doctor scares me... help.!

  • I'm not a doctor, but form what i've researched a good age to have it is around 24-25. I think if you had it 18 years ago and you are now 29, you have nothing to worry about. If was going to come back it would have come back by now. Wow you had it 19 years ago? I never heard of the surgery until last year.

  • Just go to your doc and get a complete male hormone panel, including Estradiol.

  • Congrats on the surgery.

  • thank you :)

  • No problem. Feels great not having to deal with gyne huh? Most amazing feeling. Hadn't had surgery yet but I will soon. Who was your doc?

  • Yes, it's a great feeling! I went to Dr. Richard T. Silverman in Boston Massachusetts. He has a very informative website and gyno discussion. You should goole it. He exceeded my expectations.

  • Damn! I live exaclty across the states from you. I live in Everett, 25 miles north of Seattle. But yeah, enjoy being gyne free and workout your chest so you can get ready for the summer.

  • Just like this doctor says. Is there chance Gynecomastia can come back? And does it apply to people who never had gynecomastia. You know how he said "if you use steroids, it can come back. and if your hormon stays wack, it can come back." Did you ask your doctor about it too?

  • well i live in washington and im going to a surgeon whos best in the state. so hopefully he'll perform the surgery. thanks for the info bro.
