@teamtoonz1 the doctor is basically a time lord who can cheat death by regenerating (type it into youtube you'll see) so anytime he is about to die his personality and appearance changes but he is still the doctor (imaging it like putting on a jacket the inner emotions stay the same but the outside changes) if your still confused sugarking12 probably can explain it better :P

@TeamToonz1 I'll attempt to explain but it might be a bit roundabout. Imagine a dozen fruits and vegetables all lined up. Now chop them and keep them together. take the first fruit...that's the first doctor...take a piece...his memories..and mix it into the next one in the line...the new body. Now do that repeatedly all the way down the line.
