see arma 3 is almsot out but i dont have the money to buy a new computer to run it. (yet) but when i got the money ima buy a computer and all 3 games

You can have a custom face, or you can use a unit replacement to use any units you want to make the game look better too.

Reportedly. There's no official statement that it will be released, BIS has only expressed interest in releasing for consoles.
