ok i got it...mw2 montage...you got your name in cool text on the door then it opens and your camera (35mm of course:D)zooms in thru the door and you start playing your first shot..it looks good in my head tell me if you dont like the idea

i noticed the entries below asking how to add key frames ... i think the video tutorial jumped or skipped a part that will say we have to press R ... so that the orientation X Rotation Y Rotation Z Rotation to appear (as what sircedric is saying in the background) ... actually, i was having trouble my self but I just pressed the keyboard assuming that there is an M for the Mask Properties pressing P for the Position attributes and finally was able to press R for the XYZ Orientation

Take your final comp from your project area and drag it into the render queue. From there you make it a avi or whatever.
