Wheres the double yellow line it seems the car the video is taken from is not in a lane. What was the purpose of filming when this was filmed, seems like a random traffic video, just curious?

It's a DashCam. It's always on when driving the car. The car was in a left turning lane which is way back like that because of large trucks turning into the street.

Did you see how long the other drivers had the green when the school bus went past? And, it's not as if the bus was "blocking" traffic, so he felt forced to go through the light. There was ANOTHER car who went through (when the other drivers had the green already) BEFORE the bus!
