I typically can't stand fan dubs, they're usually pretty terrible. In fact, I can't think of one I have heard that I liked, until now. I honestly wasn't even sure if this was a fan dub or not. This really was amazing, and you have such a beautiful voice. Oh, and I am not saying all fan dubs are crap, I am sure there are other good ones out there, just not the ones I have seen. This one though, definitely. favorited.

The first season (Full Metal Panic) focuses more on the mech fighting. The second (Full Metal Panic:Fumoffu) puts it's attention more on the comedic moments in high school rather than the fighting. The third season (Full Metal Panic:Second Raid) also focuses on the mech, but I have yet to see it

After watching FMP Second Raid and reading the lyrics to this song you couldn't have done any better with this AMV. Your cutting of the clips was great leaving out more than once a scene where Chidori had hit Sousoke and instead blended it with what happened next. Thus making the song and AMV even better. I honestly believe that the fifth verse in the song "Though words can be so comforting,I don't know what to say, adequately describes our soldier of fortune to a "T". Great AMV! :)

The reason it is hard to put the real translation into song style is because the Japanese sentence structure is different from English. A direct translation will generally not work with a song. These lyrics capture the essence of the song, and that is what is important.
