  • ha ha. thats out

  • it was just so you could see how far i throw it. its not a real game obviously coz i'm in my school uniform in the video

  • is this leagal in a match?

  • rule 24 b section 2/1 of the fifa rule book clearly states that anyone who does a throw in with a run up that exceeds 5.44 metres is deemed to committed a foul and can be banned for up to 7 matches by the C.A.T.I. (cruelty against throw-ins).

by dividing this guys run up speed with his number of strides then multiplying by wind direction (in metres per second) i worked out his run up distance was 5.67 metres and therefore a foul was committed.

  • @azertyuiop32 wow, you took a lot of effort to do that.

If you wanted i could do it with a 1-2m runup, The reason that this one is so long is that it was the first time id ever done it.

  • its not front flipping, its a front handspring. its not hard to do 1, just add a ball into it

  • i can get the throw and the flip perfect...just landing is hard. Do you have any adivice?

  • the only thing i can think of off is just practice practice practice.

if u can then go to a gymnastics gym and get coaches to go through front flipping with you
