The music during mu training still scares every last drop of shit out of my ass. I have to admit, I believe it is the scariest music in the entire game. It makes it even worse by putting in the image of someone breaking your legs, ripping your arms off and feeding them to the fucking crows. No way would I play that part in the dark. EVER!!!!

Guess I already spoiled the ending of this game for myself, so I hope anyone who hasn't doesn't read the rest of this comment. So at the end of the game, when you're battling Giygas, it says things about how it feels happy. I wonder whether it could have done anything to do at all with Poo's(or, rather, Zack's) training and about the loss of his mind meaning that he would no longer feel sadness, or any other emotion.

The loss of the senses {touch, sight, sound, etc.) is exaggerated in this game. what occurs in meditation is the rejection of stimuli from the outside world, in order to bring clarity and perspective untainted by the surrounding world. With this clarity, one is able to see the way the world is, without their own mind getting in the way.
