Cote is an everday enforcer who isn't supposed to play more than 5 minutes a game, he's not out there to score goals jackass...and he's had 4 fights, 3 of which were good, close fights and 1 where nothing happened, he had 24 fights last year and won a bunch of them. Everybody beats Peters and Mcgrattan? Tell that to Brashear, he's lost to both of them in recent years, as have many of the top heavyweights in the NHL. Your an idiot, and you sound like you started watching hockey a couple weeks ago

you are embarassingly ignorant when it comes to hockey fights, Cote is one of the toughest enforcers in the NHL, the top heavyweight in the leage Georges Laraque called Cote the toughest pound for pound fighter in the league, he's 6'1 210 and fights guys 6'4 250 without hesitation and he beats guys that big, look at what he did to Peters and Mcgrattan and many others last year, he's had 4 fights this year and all were either draws or the edge went to the other guy in a very close fight...moron

Winless, yet every fight he has been in, he has energized the Flyers, made them work harder and play with more passion. Not to mention he made Leblond fight him while Devils were getting scoring chances.

Fighting is about making a good show, protect your stars and pump-up your teams playing level. Win or Loss, he was effective.
