I'm going to say sight. He never moves his head and keeps it very still. I tucked my head in front of my knees and hid it. I bet that might have been it.
from my experience, i don't see anything and i do just about everything on feel. i think sometimes i see the water on my 3 1/2's but not usually. especially things like reverse 2 1/2's, i only feel.
I use to spot by feel and never learned how to do it by sight. I wonder how Terry Horner spots that quick of a dive. Mostly sight a little feel, or mostly feel and a little sight? Most I ever did was a front 2 and a half tuck on one meter so I have no clue.
This is still my favorite diving video. The tucks, the spins, and the sheer spotting ability. And the power. I am not going to dive much ever again but every time I watch this video I remember how much fun it was.
Very Nice Job. You are a very good diver but I'm just wondering what you're twisters are? And if it would be possible to maybe post a video with some twisters in it?
Especially that front 3 and a half 1 meter...you can tell though that its all about a taller guy (at least it looks that way) being extremely powerful and cranking up a lot of torque to get hard dives around with enough time to kick out higher than usual. It's pretty powerful diving.
Awesome. Great hurdle and take off, and did you notice his HEADS UP position on all take offs?? Nice touch on his kick outs, and of course, the SNARF entries! Great attitude. What about his twisters?!?
207c was amazing!
