This video isn't helpful at all. They're basically spewing general information to SELL their own services through scare tactics..."Never get credit again" ??? Any business can get credit if they have secured income and are honest. Read around and do your homework. You don't have to pay a third party to learn laws and protect your business.
If you're uncertain of something, simply talk to other business owners.
