you have to press and hold the cqc button (circle if i'm not mistaken) at the momment the red ! apears, if you are playing on a higher dificulty level you'l hae to look at her moements to get the right timing, it's not that hard.
@TestStunt I think what you need to do is when The Boss comes up to do CQC don't press any buttons until she's gabbed you then counter it and you should successfully beat her with CQC.
My god.... this guy is absolutely incredible!! but i have one question that always lingers in my mind when you fight the boss when you start to fight her and she runs at you how do you dodge her grappling attacks? i press everything but it doesn't work!
You press Circle when the Exclamation mark pops up. IF you're playing on Special duel mode or I tink above hard it doesn't pop up. But it pops up when she first grabs you, and you just press circle to counter it

I read on youtube that when snake grunts and I think it depends on what arm she grabs, do you press the cqc button and analog stick left or right.
