Monument of Benito Juárez in Oaxaca, Mexico

Hey everyone who's reading that, I have one question about Mexico. There is a mountain named Cerro el Capirote and, according to one book I have read, there is a monument on the top there. A demon of death erected by members of Chachapoya culture from South America. I tried to look for it everywhere but couldn't find even a shred of information - does anyone know something, if there really is a sculpture of demon on the top of that mountain.
