@koyawind just keep on working out and take rest so your muscles heal and get better i say doing this 5 times a week with 3-5 sets of 30 for each set in a day. this might take you 3 months tell you see huge results

I am 5'9" and I have a forty inch vertical, however if I learn to palm the ball I wouldn't have to jump as high to dunk, any tips?
