im surprised anyone actually gets ridiculed at all for unicycling. I started unicycling about 3 yrs ago and now my brother, and friend and I go unicycling around town all the time in good weather. the only reaction we ever get is people saying "thats so cool" or "awsome unicycle" or taking videos as we pass by. and when i go on my 36" wheel unicycle and take my german shepherd pup running with me, it really gets peoples attention.

I can unicyle but I can't do any tricks but I would like to learn how to how do you jump so high I can jump high when I'm on the seet do you not use the seet to jump higher I love unicylying but it is so hard to do

love this dan! I've been Unicycling for a year and a half now and i'm 15! I've done freestyle but i'm too scared to go down the skatepark. last time i rode past and got chased by people on bmxs! i've also done a bit mountain unicycling and just bought a giraffe. both my brothers do it and we all get teased but this has really motivated me. Thanks and i hope to be as good as you one day!

For me it was pretty easy i think mainly because i wasnt going to not learn it i was doing it no matter what. so i think thats why i learned so quick it took me about a week and a half. it varys with the person it took my friend 2 months and it took my other friend 2 days. he spent all weekend and had it sunday night it all depends on the person and how bad you want it. but anyone can get it just takes some time and its really not that hard especially once you go about 10 feet then youve got it

yea every pedal is a rotation of the wheel. the wheel moves the same speed as you pedal. so there is no need for brakes.
