His arrogance, selfishness, and barbarity is the opposing pole of Annie's humility, compassion, and caring, giving nature. He will be thinking of himself and justify his actions saying that he was in a "mental fog" or something and not responsible for his actions. He would smear Annie every way he can. Evil person!
