  • Most cyclists DO have cars, and that means they pay taxes for the road. And by not driving their cars and commuting by bike, they are actually giving other motorists more parking space, less congestion, zero pollution, and less road wear-and-tear. Think about it.

  • The dad rocks,he needs to kick his son's ass for being a pussy

  • I will never share the road with bicyclists. I would not think twice about running over a biker compaired to crossing the double yellow and hitting another vehicle. Stay off our roads. You wont find cars or trucks on bicycle trails.

  • @xxsekoxx you could yield till its clear. or is that concept too complex for you?

  • @cek550 Why should i have to yield? I am driving my motor vehicle on a road that was meant for it. A person on a bicycle on the road chooses to take the risk of getting hit. And if they do, it is their fault. And to be honest...i usually don't have a problem with bicyclists who try to move over as far as they can and get out of the way. But the ones going 20 MPH and think their something, i have an issue with. Stay on bike trails and i will stay on roads made for vehicles.

  • @xxsekoxx you are a terrible person

  • @MrIsaacE I'm not. I happened to grow up on a road where a bicyclist was killed at least once a year. My best friend killed one and was found NOT GUILTY, it was the bikers fault. If you've seen what ive seen then you would understand. I dont feel bad for a dead biker, i really dont. Stay on the sidewalk, the trail, etc etc and you are guaranteed 100% to not get hit by a car, it is that simple.

  • @xxsekoxx dont you think someone whos also using the road but is doing less damage to the road surface and the environment, as well as posing no risk to pedestrians, taking up far less room, as well as getting exercise, saving money, and helping to preserve oil so that you can continue using your car should at least be given some courtesy when using the roads they are legally entitled to? This is why cyclists are considerate people and you are definitely a terrible person.

  • @xxsekoxx as a side note, i was hit by a taxi driver this year and it was found to be entirely his fault, i was paid damages and he was a very nice guy. Didnt have this mistaken belief that nobody can be on the road unless they are in a motor vehicle.

  • @MrIsaacE Where i live ( Colorado ) most bikers do it as a hobby/sport. I'm just saying these deaths are 100% avoidable. I cant stand a biker riding on the road when there is a sidewalk right next to him/her! It makes no sense regardless of what the law is! I can understand if you life in say New York, to many people on the sidewalk, but not here in CO. I'm healthy and exercise and am in great shape, but you will never see me on a bike on the damn road! Again, i am not a terrible person.

  • @xxsekoxx Bicycles are, in law, carriages (as a consequence of the Taylor v Goodwin judgment in 1879) and should be on the road not pavement, by law.

  • @MrIsaacE There is a low in ( i forget what state ) that only gives rapists probation. So because it is a law does that make it OK. Does that make it right? Make it exceptable? You get the point! Most laws are complete nonsense. But it is the law and people can do as they wish. I dont get why people ride bikes on city streets anyway for exercise. Why not choose something more challenging like a uphill or downhill dirt slope.

  • @xxsekoxx your argument is so bad that i'm starting to feel sorry for you. I mean most of that was just a lie. Cyclists are getting from A to B, just like you. Legally, they must use the road, just like you. So cut them a bit of slack and dont be so selfish.

  • @MrIsaacE Dont feel sorry for me, i own a car not a bike! I like to get from point a to point b quickly. If i feel like letting the wind hit my face, well, i hop on my R6. The only reason i dislike most bicyclists is because of my experience with them. 90% of the time it has been negative. Of course some of it is my fault, but not most of the time. Riding side by side, riding in the middle of the road and not moving, unacceptable and usually the case. So its your fellow riders fault.

  • Are Non cyclists actually paying for the TRUE COST and environmental damage of Petrol, including ripping it up and the damage it causes? Are they also paying for the health costs to the community of the pollution comming out their exhaust.

Thats before you even consider climate change.

Motorists are actually subsidised by tax paying cyclists and their activity DRIVING costs more to the community then what they pay for it..

    SO YOUR WRONG!!

  • Worst share the road spot I've seen. Reinforces the perception that middle-aged men are anti-cyclist and arrogant. ARRRG!

  • You have a point, it is irronically young drivers who are the worst. However there are scum (only accurate word to describe them) motorists of all ages and both genders.
