@z3nkin It depends if they are paid applications that you paid for in cydia no but everything else you did not pay for you will lose. If you have paid items you will have to log in on the account for example I did it on my google account so I log in on my google account in cydia. and you will see the items you paid for. By the way some apps in cydia don't work yet for ios 5 so that is one bad thing.
