  • You are your own worst critic, that was very enjoyable great Job!!!!!!

  • that's coooool. meen) fantastic!

  • Surprisingly surprising.

  • @moneyquickeasy

Surprise may be welcome: thanks for commenting, Moneyquickeasy!

  • @Tamborr No prob. Thanks for uploading. :)

  • haha...the comment below is hilarious. what's next?..someone should have told Bach and Mozart that there is no Allegro, Presto, or Prestissimo. In my experience, people who say speed is nothing usually can't play with speed. I think the more appropriate comment should be speed is not everything...which I think people who can play fast and accurate would agree it's not everything, but speed has its place for sure.

  • nerveous??? thats was amazing!

  • Thnak you so much, 0AitGuitar!

  • Speed is nothing, u sound like a guy on crack, get another guitar by the way

  • You're right about speed - but I've never even smoked a cigarette in my life. It's fortunate for my neighbors that my guitar is not electric. Thanks for watching!

  • cut the self deprecating crap (info)... it's funky... that' ALL that counts...

didn't you ever listen to James Brown?!

    keep postin'...

and where can we see you?

  • A tough, yet very flattering, comment. Thak you so much, Pichipachu!

I hardly ever play in front of anyone, because my fingers become numb for sheer nervousness -alas

  • if that wasnt clean then i cant imagine was clean sounds like.. good job!

  • I appreciate your opinion: thank you, Luiecontreras1212!

  • well then you are better than most who call themselves pros.. really,, you have the natural mother of a feel.....

  • Thank you for your very encouraging point of view, Jackblu01!

  • that was amazing

  • Thanks for your appreciation, RadioKing01!

  • WoW.... Who Needs To Be A Professional When You can Play Like That.

    Excellent ^-^ Thanks for posting...

  • Thank you so much for this very encouraging comment, NaaKap!

  • That was fast! great playing man

  • Thank you so much, Bluzer86!

  • Different, but I liked it. Keep up the good work.

  • Thanks again, ImperialFart!

  • a player offering up this kind of improvisation sounds like a formidable talent to me. boogie must be a difficult style to play on guitar, but this recording is pretty fun to listen to and impressive to watch. best part is 1:55 to the end imo.

  • Thank you so much, Roguemarlfox! It's a pleasure to read an open-minded and encouraging comment (and I agree about 1:55).

  • this is very nice and original too!

  • A lot of thanks to a boogie-pianist!

  • Is that a Kremona by any chance?

  • It's a German-made "Pro Natura" (not an expensive one, but I love it). Thanks for watching, Phillipchs666!

  • O.K. You say I am to kind, when I tell you that you are fantastic, well my husband has played guitar for 35 years and HE says, you are fantastic too, so there!

  • It's a real privilege to have such an audience as yourself and your husband! (By the way, it would be great if you uploaded a guitar video by your husband). Thanks again, Existingappointment!

  • U have a cool Beat!

    Keep it up man!

    Congrats by the way!

  • Thanks, GUILMON44! It's always a pleasure, for an amateur, to read an encouraging comment, especially from a guitar-player.

  • you really need to work on clear basslines. the faster you went the worse it got. if you cant play it right fast, play it slow and speed it up gradually till you can. all and all it wasnt that bad, i've seen alot worse on here, but it sounded really tinny and rickety because of the over the top speed vs. your playing ability.

  • You're absolutely right, Jessupar! In fact, the goal wasn't to play fast; I had been improvising a little nervously (I couldn't do that slowly), and as at the time I thought that there were a few bits which -though "rickety" as you rightly say- had some rough rhythm in them, I decided to record and upload (counting on Youtubers' leniency). That this video would be watched so many times is totally unexpected for me.

  • good job man, really nice that your putting your own stuff on there, but be proud of it!!! =)

  • That's a very encouraging comment: thanks, DaniielD!

  • Thanks, RedGuitars94!

  • I can't think this fast. I almost can't hear this fast.

Thank you for this great sound and seeing it is also a real treat. It is like getting ears, eyes and brain tickled all at the same time.

  • That's such an encouraging comment, Existingappointment! I'm very grateful for your open-minded and kind appreciation.

  • umm yeah i dont know what to say...

  • Thanks for watching, Insaneshreader!

It's really an amateur improvisation, with all the defects implied by those two words.

  • If some one played this well on say, a carrot, people would love it and rate it really high. Well done.

  • I hope people have enough respect for the environment not to inflict this upon an innocent carrot. Thank you, Chemiecta! I've just watched your excellent piano boogie video.

  • eee?

  • zalig echt goe ik wil da ook kunnen

  • (sorry: I don't understand Flemish, unfortunately)

  • very good . I enjoyed listening !!

  • Thank you very much, Rovaj13!

  • There have been two comments that claim I've speeded up my video. Check my video response, that proves they are wrong; I'm neither a cheat, nor a good guitarist (but I can play relatively fast - which doesn't mean I play well, of course)

  • you played it slow then fast fowarded it...

  • No: if you think I speeded it up, check my VIDEO RESPONSE: I hope you'll see I'm not a cheat. I'm not a very good guitarist, but I'm able to play fast.

Moreover, I presume that speeding up a video would distort the sound.

  • Excellent

  • That's very kind of you, KristinaMH!

  • Everything sounded really cool. I'm saving it to my "favorites list."

  • Thank you for your appreciation, Airdancr1!

  • A fine job as always,my friend!

The fingerpicking near the end reminds me of the great Merle Travis! You have such a gift for interpitation and a very apealing style all of your own!

    Larry

  • Thank you again, Larry! (I was fooling around, playing too fast for my capacity). A very kind comment from a guitar-picker such as you, with much more knowledge of guitar techniques than myself

  • Check my video response (intended to show that of course I did not speed up this recording as Larry1989 claimed in his recent comment).

  • Dude obviously you just recorded it slow and then speeded it up afterwards

  • Absolutely not; I don't play very well, but I'm able to play fast - which explains the fact that many times I miss a string, forget a note, and my sound is coarse etc. I've even noticed that I couldn't improvise while playing more slowly, because then I start playing much more cleanly. Of course, I've deleted many other improvisations and I've chosen the "less bad" (I wouldn't say the better) among many worse improvisations.

  • Thank you for your appreciation, Orcwind!

  • That's extremely kind and encouraging!

    Thank you, Chocolate0paradise!

  • Thank you so much, Kroffka3! That's extremely kind of you.

  • only another guitar player would apreciate this although i hope this is not your only style sounds a little like psychobilly i like it when you don't play so choppy

  • Thank you for commenting, Gstrings50! You're right: this improvisation is a little violent, and I'm working at playing in a steadier, quieter way, which is more difficult actually.

  • use metal strings ;)

  • Thanks for the advice, Mkschreder! One day I'll buy a good metal string guitar

  • Thanks for the not2, Progknooskis!

  • Thank you, FenderStratMexico!

  • Wow, nice playing! You wanna play this through a mic perhaps - that way all the picking should be heard like it should... Just my opinion ;)

  • Thank you, Z3OX! You're probably right about the mic - I should start by changing the strings more often, to improve the sound.

  • Thank you so much for your appreciation, Deni100000!

Unfortunately I'm clueless about tabs or guitar pro, but I'll try to send you something by mail

  • doesnt sounds well

  • My video equipment is not very good & I was playing too fast

  • excelente

  • Thanks indeed, Eltavorocker!

  • Thank you so much for your very encouraging comments, Moremanni! Please keep on playing your guitar, really - it's such a pleasure to play!

  • your such an awesome guitar player man just great!
