  • @svendir u need to work the antagonsites to be proportional, its unhealthy only work your front , because in a large period of time, u will be curved frontwards. Thats also to have a proportional made body.

    For example, runners dont only make legs workout, they need to balance with they chest and arms.

    PB now 47.47 with 1.75 and 52m with 1.5

  • HEY!!! at our school they dont let us spin lol its cos we have no cages, so how far should i be throwing without spinning or much of a run up? like maybe a one step run up at age 15
