@svendir u need to work the antagonsites to be proportional, its unhealthy only work your front , because in a large period of time, u will be curved frontwards. Thats also to have a proportional made body.
For example, runners dont only make legs workout, they need to balance with they chest and arms.
HEY!!! at our school they dont let us spin lol its cos we have no cages, so how far should i be throwing without spinning or much of a run up? like maybe a one step run up at age 15
