This guy is not in auto sales. If you are not willing to share your invoice with those customers who DEMAND it, you will not capture those sales. That's reality. Now if you want to make a conscience decision to forego selling to those customers, that's up to you and your dealer. If you worked for me and refused to show an invoice, I'd fire you on the spot.
Yeah, times have changed now and everyone has an access to figure out invoice prices.
