Fl or logic it just what you feel that's btr for you for me I use ableton8 with reasons and some other vst sampling is sampling all prgrograms you are able to sample like that the key is that you have to have creative mind and so on .........

It's not house music that is made like that, it's the worst crap ever that's made like that! Even funky house is better - it uses samples of 70's/80's funky tunes too but at least some quality vocals over it and no crappy dynamic compression efect (how I hate it!). Real house music is completely different.
