@PancakesAndBiscuits yes, just create a swicth layer group and new vector layer for each mouth shape. load one of the samples in the library as an example. You could even redraw or alter those as needed.

well technically the program doesnt make the mouth move automatically...you have to use a program called pappagayo...it actually requires some elbow grease to set up for the mouth movement and geting the words to line up correctly with the audio...its faster then traditional animation but if you want to make it look good...you physically should arrange the words etc...

well I think AS6 does have an automatic lip sync but its not good at all way off..
