@jadujen I think you might not be used to hearing real voices without auto-tune and multitracking. She does have a good voice, but she was singing totally live to a canned track. The mic was really dry with no enhancement at all.

@at90percent I don't think that's it. I was raised on hearing profesionally trained voices, live, with no enhancement needed. Observed lots of voice lessons at home, thanks. I also know that canned tracks, esp loud ones, are hard to sing well over. But this just sounding like she strains & pushes her voice the wrong way, or maybe doesn't have a great tone. Just my opinion, no need to argue. =)

'm 39 yrs old now. My first thoughts back then were.."Wow, she looks so different then the other singers" and at the same time thinking.. "Wow, she's so beautiful!"
