Yes, I really got the letter. Apparently, since I moved from Florida to Ohio 6 months into the year, Cincinnati thought I was cheating them out of tax money since I filed my taxes in Cincinnati that year. They thought I was "commuting" to Florida to work and living in Ohio! What a big f*#king joke that was! You're right, they just wanted money. Didn't get any though. Ha!

That was very funny, Kim, and especially I loved the music. We don't have that problem in the UK because they give you a number when you leave school, and every employer has to file how much they pay to that number. It's only a problem for the self employed, so they usually pay an accountant to sort out their receipts and payments for them. I really loved this video.

Yes Meg. Getting a letter from the tax man is very scary. So is being audited. Not that I do anything wrong, of course, it's just stressful, especially when you've lost the copies of the forms they are asking for! lol
