word is it didn't do too well in Japan. Or that's what I read while looking for info on it.. Sadly, it doesn't matter how good something is, if it doesn't have what the consumer wants, it won't sell. Unfortunately what the consumer (otaku) want, sucks in comparison.

@Jaket2000 Hasn't been released in Japan yet either. I've been tracking the release progress of this movie since last October and it has been extremely painful! i have never heard of a DVD release being pushed back so many times! it was originally supposed to have been released in the UK in February!!!! If I remember correctly it will be released in Japan in August, and for everyone else I think it was September. The Japanese version will be subbed though so you can always import.
