they did not last a month!.....i remember reading their cd is thanks......they thoughts they made it....look at the families behind the stage....so sad.....how are giving the childs some food now????.......the nu metal scene was so wrong...how can you make thousands of korn....is already difficult to be korn and last.....the only band that was somhow original was lining park that knew how to make a great package of arts....not only screaming and be angry......

I miss those days.. back then Nu metal was great because the band jammed out.. I mean I love how heavy music has gotten too, but the energy is totally different.. I miss great shows with Korn Mushroomhead Mudvayne Dope and you name it. Those were the days.

nu metal to me is bands that copied other bands. nu metal bands to me are like adema, flaw, slaves on dope, crazy town, other bands like korn who have been around a while shouldnt bear that title, yeah alot of people say korn are nu metal but they're not, they started the nu metal movement though after 100s of bands were obviousally inspired by what they did...

I agree with your point that record labels will pick bands that have no originality, or at least a lot of labels will. But its lazy to just say its because of idiots. The reason they pick them is because they are going to pick what sells. Common sense. There are very very talented bands out there that cant show their potential simply because of the record labels you are mentioning.

Oh I see now Dimebonics4ever, thank you for showing me the light. No I see them as just another band remaking the same sound that other bands have done tons of times before. And Slaves on Dope? How long did it take them to come up with that? 5 minutes? 15 minutes max. ? "Hmm, dude what should we call ourselves?"
