  • The only reason I'm not 100% (I'm 95%) is it might be too pure, making me to sensitive for our otherwise toxic environment,

You'll need to be specific. I googled it - in the spirit of open-mindedness. But it's not logical that lack of cooked food would be dangerous. And what I found was "certain foods" "bacteria" and .........

  • ...... and some comments from what must be really unhealthy people. We know people on 100% for 1 year (Bunny), 15 years (Wolfe) and 40! (Bisci).

Remember, Therese is starting a business. Long hours and stress. Considering that, I think she's looking fine.

  • questiontime1976, are you against the raw food diet? If so, can you share why or if you have personal experience with it? I'm studying now and would like to know about the pitfalls if you have something to share.

  • I don't think that person will be back..... cause he's got no info - just a troublemaker with too much time, who's ego can't handle people doing things better than him.

If he was serious, he'd know that raw, simple and unprocessed food rids you of water retention.

  • To be honest i'm not too sure anymore, I've been struggling with raw too recently. I love her videos but I really don't think Therese is being honest with us lately. Have you seen her last 2 videos? She is looking pretty rough. I'm starting to think 100% raw is good for short periods of detox only, I've been doing more research lately, less blind faith. It's funny how the internet works, you only find what you want to find. If you google "raw food danger" you'll hear the other side of the story.

  • Hi natedizzle83, just thought i'd reply to this seeing as you said you've been struggling recently. I think the most important thing with eating more raw foods is to treat it as a process and take your time. Listening to your body and using your intuition is paramount. If you feel you'd benefit from some cooked food, chances are you're right! The key is to stay away from processed and refined 'foods' if you can. I haven't been 100% unprocessed or raw lately, hence, not being at my best.

  • Thanks for the reply! I'm just worried about you that's all I think you are lovely and I know how unstable this diet makes me, I was just hoping you were going ok! You are EXACTLY right though, we need to listen to our bodies! Please post a vid updating us about the diet side of things, I know I'm not the only one interested! We're all in this together! :)

  • :) Lovely words. Will do. Thank you x

  • continued: i may send you a video blog in a few days when i get my stuff set up.. if you're interested. i'm debating vlogging my journey... as once again you've inspired me hugely. great job!! i love your entire journey!! and WOW! can you really see the change in your appearance or what? you look just amazing and so incredibly healthy! :)

  • you are seriously brilliant! i just LOVE what you are doing here.. i can't tell you enough. i have been a raw vegan on and off now for about three years, and i always fall off the wagon and cheat for oh.. a day or two and then get back on, but you have completely inspired me to get on it, never cheat and stick with it completely. i suffer from liver complications and such, and raw has been the only thing to help. i would absolutely love to talk and exchange stories.

  • You are so adorable! I love watching your videos! I have been on and off raw and you are totally inspiring me to go raw again! I forgot how great it is! thank you!
