Okay so we're supposed to believe that one glass of wine a bit before lunch is going to make Lulu into an alcoholic? this story with her drinking is absolutely ridiculous. I do like though that she's trying to find a job by herself and not having people getting jobs for her. Hope she finds it soon.
@ghfan51184 I agree, I would have no problem with Lulu enjoying a glass of wine with lunch. I think it's about the fact that a "glass of wine" (notice Lulu refilled her glass at least once) is becoming a pattern. And, as Olivia pointed out, Lulu is drinking alone.
Yes the 'hints' are obvious, but then when the drinking becomes a SERIOUS problem, we can see/remember how it started and watch the progression. If it came up suddenly viewers would complain that there was no background for it.
