None of the 3 new games have been released yet. New games::: 358/2 days, roxas's story while sora was asleep for 1 year. Birth By Sleep::: 7 years before KH1 takes place. KH Coded::: It's for cellphonez :P

KH3 will probably come out after the three newly announced games come out. I suspect they'll play key roles in KH3's developement, whatever it's called. And KH'X' is just a place holder I believe.

By the time KH3 (whatever it's name will be) comes out, I hope PS3's price is lower.
