That actually happened live on a WCW PPV back in 1998. Sid suffered a nasty broken leg where the tibula broke through the skin. It was sickening.

The Mountie (Jacques Rougeau Jr) was actually getting a decent push from the WWF until the real Canadian Mounted Police stopped the use of the name "The Mountie" when Jacques wrestled in Canada. After that his push turned into a burial until The Quebecers emerged in 1993.

Jacques was pretty over as The Mountie but outside influences put the kybosh on it.

SId Justice could have been a good WWF champion as a face back in 92. Too bad Hogan had to interefere in Royal Rumble match. He got buried. Good thing that when he came back in 96-97, he won 2 WWF Title reins.

This is why I'll always dislike Hogan. Sid was set to take his place and then some, but Hogan didn't want to be outdone so instead the fans got the worst main event at Wrestlemania 8 and Sid'd departure shortly after.

Yeah, Sid and 911 both had awesome chokeslams. It really helps if they have an athletic opponent, too, that's not just gonna be like a dead weight. Though I just watched 911 chokeslam "Mantaur" twice and he's gotta weigh at least the same, if not more than 911. And it looked great! :p
