@MauiLevi My definition of a Tick is the parasite. I know good and well how that feels because i have spend my fare share of time in the outdoors (I am an Eagle Scout). I dont like fighting either. So I am truly just curious why you think he is wasting his time as a country singer talking about Ticks. With his musical genius he probably wrote the music very easily. It also quickly became a national hit. He has made much more money on that one song than most people do in their lives.

@MauiLevi I do not have a girlfriend. I did not find it necessary to check her for ticks, but yes my ex does belong in a gutter. I am sure when Brad wrote this song he wasn't exactly implying he would check his girl for ticks, im sure he was implying he would check over her body very thoroughly if ya get my drift ;D. I don't think much about my self esteem really, I am confident in what I do and don't really find in necessary to think about myself when I could be supporting other people.

@dirtbikerdak1 On your way up, up, up (we separate those with commas) do devote time to a course in written English. Pay close attention on how to support your 'thesis' statements. You seem to have a smattering of intellect and with a little polish you might go higher, higher, higher.
Your point about belittling is not without merit but no, I don't take pride in it at all. It's shamefully easy, and a sad reflection on modern education. I'm proud only I do not have to resort to name calling.
