Yes, I have proof. It is GMA doing it through the COC. Arroyo had put our country in shambles. She will be ousted by the people. Re: taxes, people will now pay the NPA as they exercise political authority and power in the rural areas. The NPA through the NDF are running a government of the people and not of the rich and corrupt biglandlord and comprador politicians in the cities.
Can you provide proof that Arroyo is directly responsible and has ordered these killings? In the past the CPP through the NPA has ordered purges of its own members and set the blame on the government. Arroyo's helped the economy quite a bit, the same can't be said for the NPA and its sympathizers who collect "revolutionary taxes" from people who have no desire to be part of their revolution.
I don't think it's an issue of class. Peasants and workers certainly CAN lead a country... as Hitler was one. Leadership as a collective effort only happens if the person at the top of the heirarchy can collect and influence the people around him... then you're back to that leadership being personality centered.
