  • My favourite level from the game, although I like Vegas and Rio as well.

  • Do you know the name of the song at 0:50? I've been looking for ages and I just can't find it.

  • I'm surprised no one has asked this sooner! If I had to guess, I would think that it was an in-game track composed by either Alistair Brimble, Semi-Precious Studios, or Richard Narco (the 3 people/companies that composed the in-game music as referenced in the back of the game manual). Truthfully, it almost sounds like something you would hear off of a royalty-free/stock music site today lol. Sorry I couldn't provide a definite answer, wish someone at Reflections who could would read this.

  • @NostalgiaGamesProd I'll have to do some pretty hard searching to find it, hopefully. Thanks for the info.

  • I was 6 when i finished this game lol

  • Havana day time song got a funky bassline

  • disc 2 is so worth it and im surprised w/ the comments of non-americans persay but das tite and this game made brazilians so tite

  • These are the true roots of GTA without driver GTA wouldn't exist

  • @mbtdejuarez Damn right!!

  • lol i finished this mission with like 5 seconds. :D

  • My god, this is the second time i ask someone to write the dialogue... I cant understand it. (Im argentinian, and my english kind of suck)

    "The lead says..." What?!

I wanna really understand the arguments of the game...

  • Personally, I've always thought Tobias said "The street says" insead of "The lead says". But anyway...

"Check this out. The street says that Lenny gave Caine a rush on it, and cut some kind of deal with Vasquez. As to where Lenny's getting rained on, I got zip. But if we don't find his sorry ass, Caine and Vasquez are gonna square up and Chicago streets are gonna run blood red."

  • @FDeeJay Don't worry man, I'm an American and with that train going by i couldn't understand what he said either man. Nah your English is dead on man! :)

  • I love Havana in Driver 2. I couldn't go to Vegas and Rio. I could only be in Havana and Chicago. When I wanted a very dynamic city, I went to Chicago, and when I wanted a calmer city, I went to Havana. Sorry for my english if it's not good. I am French.

  • Damn how in the hell do they get a train from havana to vegas???

  • @MrRobotsville bigger question, how the frick do you hop a train across the ocean?

  • @lotsonumbers submarine maybe?

  • thier plane*

  • my theory of the cutscene is that tanner and jones arrived at the nearist train station and from that they took the way to the nearest airport and took the plane to havana airport 00:52 i think that's thier train

btw:sorry for bad english because i'm not english

  • man the music in this game is so funky!

  • I know right? Love the music in this game!

  • wow jones is so negavtive

  • GTA don't have shit on this lol

  • @laker24fam agreed.

  • 4:18 i dont know why but i laughed at that part xP

  • Really nice game. For the first time i watch the original cutscenes in english :)

  • @carybo777

they Are On A Train from America 0:10

0:50 is their plane arriving @ cuba

  • you play on PS1? how to cam on PS1 and TV?

  • I actually do not record these videos from my TV, I use a Playstation emulator on my computer (specifically ePSXe V. 1.7.0) and FRAPS to record the footage.

  • lol this is like a gta 3 game for the ps1. i always wondered wut it would look like

  • @Mufafah it's more like GTA 2 with 3D graphics lol

  • @decjko minus the shooting. I think is good, because the focus should be on driving. Hence Driver.

  • @Mufafah No. GTA is like this. '-' Exist a great different between "GTA is like this" and "Driver is like GTA"...

  • The Havana music has a tune... like it

  • that yellow car at 3:04 would have been awesome if it had the big fins on it

    >_>

  • 1:33 C'mon! Speak up!

  • Well, I think Tanner and Jones travelled by train to some shipyard in Miami and THEN in ship, where they're going to Havana. Anyone thought about it?

  • i love these movies between the missions

they really make the game feel like a movie

  • This lead to GTA 3

  • they should make a movie out of this.

  • really!

  • Comment removed

  • auhauhauua yeah really :)

  • I realy hope that in the ''Escaping Chigago'' mission they headed for the airport, because THEY CAN'T GET FROM CHIGAGO TO CUBA, HAVANA WITH TRAIN!

  • Yea, how would they get from Chicago to Havana by train??? Unless they did this... They took train from the station in Chicago to the airport and flew out of Chicago to Havana's airport. Maybe the train scene shows them going from Havana's airport to main land Havana? Who knows, this is just my theory : D.

  • well, the train didn't look like it was from cuba^^

but youre right, it's a bit strange, with the train^^

  • seems pretty logical

  • @NostalgiaGamesProd maybe the makers like me at that time, didn't like doing their homework and thought that the metro Chicago area or the state of Illonois has a desert. Then again, maybe they went to an airport WAY out of CHicago. WAY out of Illinois.

  • Haha, who knows what the creators of this game were thinking. It's a tough cutscene to interpret location-wise.

  • not if its magical of course!

  • Yeah, the train to the Hogwarts. :)

  • A flying train you mean! Maybe an aquatic train also, jajaja! But it's ridiculous! But i agree with NostalgiaGamesProd's theory! Check out that it's daylight also, so they should be in Havana by that time!

  • @Noogai98 Yeah, you should see the comments on the "Escaping Chicago" mission in relation to this theory friend. Everybody's baffled by it... who could blame 'em?? I'm saying this because it JUST LOOKS as if they took a train from Chicago to Havana, Cuba (an island!!!!), which isn't possible.

  • @Noogai98 Maybe:

Subway Line Chicago - Miami - Key West - Havana
