Thanks Esther for all the great info. I am planning a trip to San Jose for some dental work in March and will be looking around your area and the Central Valley. I would love to retire in Costa Rics (yrs until retirement). I would like to get more info on the senior ex-pat community.
Hi Esther, I really enjoyed your video and all the information you gave us. It was obvious that you shared much needed and interesting information to anyone interested in visiting or moving to Costa Rico, particularly Santa Ana. I will have to look now at the map to see where it is. Thanks again,
BLMason, another Sr. lady (from NE Minnesota)
Next time I would love to see your home and outdoor surroundings
Banks in Costa Rica are now operating a scam against Gringo Pensionados. To simply transfer $1,000 between a scotiabank in Canada to a Scotiabank in Costa Rica now costs $55. per month. Being forced to pay $55. each and every month to stimply transfer between two Scotiabanks is a Costa Rica bank scam against elderly Gringos.
Anyone wanting documented proof of this charge can contact retirecostarica@hotmail.com
