An aunt of mine, back in 1970 or so...she thought she was having a gall bladder attack, but she was really in labor.

She is about 6ft 2" and built like a brick shit house. Like football player almost...think a tall black version of coach Beast from Glee. So she didn't show a baby bump and she kept missing periods, but since she was 40 something, she thought it was menopause.

@martiluv88 Ok they are not stupid..first of all, most women continue to have their periods, they gain very little weight, and they dont actually grow a belly.. THATS why they dont know. And sometimes pregnancy tests show negative because of homonal problems..
