Umm basically all coilover systems have dampening adjustment which allows you to change the stiffness of the springs from harder to softer or vice versa

Well depends on the lvl of drift car. A D1 car is not setup for circuit racing. While the basics are there alot of the turbos are too laggy and the suspension has alot of camber. Not to hard to change though.
